The machine runs on compressed air from an external compressor, which is not included. That is why we state a minimum: you need a compressor that delivers at least 4,500 l/min at 8 bar. That minimum is not arbitrary. Pressure supplies the breaking force, but the moment the layer opens, air escapes: if the compressor delivers too little, the pressure drops away at once. With enough flow the pressure holds, the burst reaches further and the injected material spreads more evenly through the soil.

We wanted a machine that is small and still powerful. So we pushed the limits, with one rule: the compact build must never cost the machine any of its capability. Everything sits where it belongs and stays within reach, so you can see what is happening under the cover too and an unexpected fault is quickly resolved. GEOMAC is designed, engineered and assembled in-house, using only the finest materials and components. And the machine keeps getting better: we run it ourselves regularly, and whatever can be faster, more robust or better goes into the next build. Every improvement comes straight out of the work.

Which compressor do I need for the GEOMAC?

Is the compressor included with the machine?
No. You buy the compressor separately, or use one you already have. The specification of the machine also decides what you pay: the length of the lance and the accessories you choose with it.
How deep does the GEOMAC work?
To 60 cm as standard. That covers most compaction: by far the most soil life sits in that top layer, and so does the restrictive layer holding back the roots. Lances of 40 and 100 cm are available as well.
How do I transport the machine to a job?
The GEOMAC weighs 350 kg and measures 180 by 78 by 145 cm. It travels on a light commercial vehicle or a trailer, and at 78 cm wide it fits through most doors and gates. Operation is wireless, so there is no vulnerable cable between you and the machine.
Where is the GEOMAC built?
In Ederveen, the Netherlands. The machine is drawn, developed and assembled in house. We regularly run it ourselves, and whatever can be faster, sturdier or better goes into the next version.
What does a GEOMAC cost?
Price on request. What you pay depends on the specification: the length of the lance and the accessories you choose with it. The compressor is not included: you either have one already or buy it separately. We deliberately keep the price as low as we can without giving up what the machine has to do: the parts that decide the work stay the best of their kind.
